NOTD: Dotting My Nails

NOTD: Dotting My Nails

Yesterday I wanted to make my manicure session fun! I wanted to play with colours and with dots so this is the nail look I did.

I used very inexpensive products and a super inexpensive tool.

To add to the fun I painted my nails in opposites so on the right hand I started with the purple and Tiffany blue dots and on my left hand I started with the tiffany blue and purple dots.

The nails polishes I used were MUA Pistachio Ice Cream (the Tiffany blue)  and L.A Colors Fun In The Sun (purple). I want to say that this particular MUA polish had a TERRIBLE brush. Awful! It was so stiff and it left marks as I was painting them. It's not bendy at all and very short.

I then finished the look with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip top coat. I cannot recommend this top coat enough. Love it.

As for the tool- it's a dotter that came in a big nail art set I got from eBay for just £2.72. Link here. If by any chance this product is discontinued just type nail art brush set on eBay and you will get a similar set. I actually bought this set as I wanted to brushes to do more detail eyeliner work and I got this small dotter so I was over the moon about it. It's very good quality!

I hope you like it!

What's your NOTD?
