I hope you are having a lovely day.
I did a wedding trial today! Love weddings. I get exited and hyped by the joy that a happy couple decides to celebrate their commitment and that it all involves make-up too! :)
I was recommended by another bride I did last summer so as with any other business word of mouth is the best ever marketing.
I will be sharing photos on that in May when the wedding takes place. I didn't want to scare the bride by flashing my cannon on her face all for the sake of my blog :).
And if you are interested- here's a link to my website for my MUA work. Eventually this blog will migrate there. Link!
So on to the post of today!
A few weeks ago I purchased this fabulous blush! I missed out on so many Chanel LE blushes so I was so happy to get my hands on this one!
It's the perfect blush for me- some peach, some pink, some plumb and some highlight. You can't resist it.
But funny enough- I don't use it! I haven't even swatched it yet!
Ever since watching Lisa Eldridge's video on her Viva make-up I grasped the idea of collecting make-up. And in fact I have been doing that for some years now. Some MAC blushes that have gorgeous overlays same with the Estee Lauder Bronzer with the peachy star. I by in pairs! Is that crazy?
Well, with this Chanel blush I got just one. It was expensive so I said-mmm maybe not this time!
But now I'm not sure if I shall use it or not. It looks soooo pretty on the pan.
Sometimes I feel I should enjoy all I have. And trust me I do! I use everything I have and I love using my high-end stuff for everyday. What's the point of spending the money then?
But I do get every now and then this little bug that tells me to have one odd thing just for the sake of collecting.
I'm still debating!
MercedesWhat do you think? Do you collect anything? Any make-up that you bought and never used?
